Kitchen Lab: Bananas over Banana Milk

Banana milk is an especially popular drink in South Korea. I see it a lot in K-dramas and I became curious. Then I bought one to try from a Korean grocery store and I must say I'm bananas over banana milk. I also tried making it at home and came up with a wonderful variation of this drink that I absolutely LOVE. So Yum!

The Smell of Bananas

The characteristic smell of bananas can be attributed to a molecule called isoamyl acetate on the Bananas Over You Card.
