Sushi Day is on 18th June 2021.
I'm not sure if you like sushi but being the foodie that I am, you know I do! The most fascinating sushi eating experience I've ever had was having sushi self-served from a conveyer belt at Sakae Sushi in Singapore. My favourite type of sushi is the maki roll. I love the taste of sushi made with seafood as well as those flavoured with spicy mayonnaise sauces. I also enjoy eating sushi with a smidgen of wasabi.
Eating Sushi is a poster I designed that shows a collection of molecules that represent the experience of eating sushi -- from the ingredients deconstructed to the warm green tea that is served alongside.
